All stamps sold are offered on a "NO QUIBBLE, FULLY REFUNDABLE" basis, provided they are returned with 14 days of receipt and are in good order.

We have a comprehensive reference collection which we regularly use for the comparison of shades and printings and consult recognised Philatelic Experts on more difficult countries (for example Transvaal and Transjordan).

We do recognise that some collectors may wish to have a second opinion and are prepared to offer an "Extension" for a certificate on any stamp we sell over £100, within one year of purchase.
