Stamps of India were overprinted for use by Indian troops for use in various military campaigns. In 1900 until 1923 stamps overprinted CEF were issued for use by The China Expeditionary Force in the North China and in 1914 until 1921 stamps overprinted IEF were used by Indian Expeditionary Forces during World War I.
