Postage and Packing
         We do not charge for postage and packing. All orders are sent FREE of charge.
Despatching Stamps
         We will endeavour to despatch your order within 48 hours of you placing the order with us.
Methods of Payment and Trading Currency
         We accept most Credit, Debit and Charge cards at NO EXTRA COST to the buyer. Payments are processed through a third party
         provider to ensure maximum security for our customers. We also accept Bank Transfers and cheques.
Refunds
         All stamps sold are offered on a "NO QUIBBLE, FULLY REFUNDABLE" basis provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt and
         in good order.
Guarantee
         We guarantee all stamps sold as genuine and accurately described. We have a comprehensive reference collection which we regularly
         use for the comparison of shades and printings and consult recognised philatelic experts on more difficult countries (for example early
         Transvaal and Transjordan). We do recognise that some collectors may wish to have a second opinion and are prepared to offer an
         "Extension" for a certificate on any stamp or set priced over £150, which we sell within one year of purchase. We recommend BPA

Condition and Price
         We aim to supply stamps of the very finest quality with no faults such as creases, poor centering, short perforations, thins and tone or
         rust marks which are offered by some dealers at cheaper prices. All unmounted, never hinged stamps are as described with full original
         gum. Very fine mint stamps have original gum with traces of a previous hinge mark. Very fine used stamps are for examples, where they
         exist, with circular datestamp postmarks and not slogan/wavy line cancels. Imperforate stamps are supplied with full clear margins on all
         sides.
Minimum Order
         Unlike many other dealers we do not have a minimum order.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
         All stamps are sold under the 1995 rules for "Global Accounting" and are free from VAT.

         2. Commonwealth King George VI Catalogue (CW) - latest edition.
         3. Bridger & Kay Commonwealth Five Reigns Catalogue (BK) 1980 - Still available from us at £15 including postage and packing.
Wants List
         We welcome Want Lists and will be pleased to advise on prices if in stock. If we are out of stock of a particular item, we offer the facility to
         manage your list on our system, and will advise you when a particular stamp comes into stock with no obligation on your part to purchase.
